With !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! being the interior Svending, today was spent on the outside. The Pajero got a wash, compounding, polish and coat of wax. It still has some light scratches/swirl marks in places that didn’t compound out, but pulling out the 3000grit and recutting the paint on an adventure mobile would be overkill. Overall, it cleans up well for a 25 year old truck.
I also repainted the rear wiper arm and put on a new rear wiper blade.

I never used to like doing interiors but now it’s often the hardest part to do and can be very rewarding to see how it comes back.

Cutting into the paint and spending hours with your nose up against it examining every square mm for perfection was exactly what I meant. Only starting on a Thursday night and showing up at C&C on Sunday morning to show off the only time it will ever be that clean. Yours is the more sensible option.
What have you done to secure that spare tire? The cheap anonymous vinyl cover is a good start.
